NOTES: This is a quad NAM unit.
The ESN prefix is 165 decimal & A5 hex.

NAM PROGRAMING:

1. Turn power on.
2. Enter * 3 0 0 1 # S S S S S SEL 9 END where SSSSS is the security code 1 2 3 4 5 is the factory default.
3. If the above was successful the phone will display "PROGRAM NAM 1"
4. Press STO to continue, or use volume keys to scroll to other NAMS. You can also scroll to "PROGRAM SECURITY" if you want to change the security code, and "OTHER PARAMS" to enter up to five "emergency" numbers. Press STO when the desired option is displayed.
5. Press STO to store each item.
6. Turn phone off and leave off for ten seconds to complete programing.
